Can I add, change, or remove items from my order?

You may add, change, or remove items from your order if you let us know within 24 hours of when your order was placed. Notifications of this kind must be sent to [email protected] with a clear indication of your provided online order ID and the name that was used to place the order.

Newly added, changed, or removed items will not be shown in the submitted online order form and will be updated and confirmed from us to you via e-mail through a new order confirmation form. This form must be signed and sent back to us in order to move ahead with processing.

Our staff will always put 120% into getting your order exactly the way you want it!
