You may add, change, or remove items from your order if you let us know within 24 hours of when your order was placed. Notifications of this kind must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear indication of your provided online order ID and the name that was used to place the order.
Newly added, changed, or removed items will not be shown in the submitted online order form and will be updated and confirmed from us to you via e-mail through a new order confirmation form. This form must be signed and sent back to us in order to move ahead with processing.
Our staff will always put 120% into getting your order exactly the way you want it :)!
Due to the fast-paced processing speeds, orders can be cancelled, without charge, only if we are notified within 24 hours of when the order was initially placed online. Notifications of this kind must be sent to email@example.com with a clear indication of your provided online order ID and the name that was used to place the order.
Any online order that has been placed for more than 24 hours will have undergone processing by our in-house design and production staff; therefore, a $25 designing fee will be charged. The remaining difference of the total order amount less the designing fee will be refunded back to you.
It usually takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks, after the artwork has been approved, for the order to arrive.
All orders that are placed online will be sent directly to the designing team for processing. An art approval will then be sent to you for confirmation on the items that are ordered. Once we receive your confirmation via e-mail, we will start on the production of your order right away.
You will have the option to checkout as a guest if you do not wish to create an account with us. We want to make sure that the online shopping experience we provide is as convenient and stress-free as possible.
