What is SmartexCanada.net?
SmartexCanada.net is the digital side of Smartex Products (Canada) Limited - an advertising company that specializes in decorative apparel and promotional products. Here, we list all our current specials, as well as provide customers with a chance to digitally personalize their own apparel through an online customization software.

Can I add, change, or remove items from my order?

You may add, change, or remove items from your order if you let us know within 24 hours of when your order was placed. Notifications of this kind must be sent to [email protected] with a clear indication of your provided online order ID and the name that was used to place the order.

Newly added, changed, or removed items will not be shown in the submitted online order form and will be updated and confirmed from us to you via e-mail through a new order confirmation form. This form must be signed and sent back to us in order to move ahead with processing.

Our staff will always put 120% into getting your order exactly the way you want it :)!

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the fast-paced processing speeds, orders can be cancelled, without charge, only if we are notified within 24 hours of when the order was initially placed online. Notifications of this kind must be sent to [email protected] with a clear indication of your provided online order ID and the name that was used to place the order.

Any online order that has been placed for more than 24 hours will have undergone processing by our in-house design and production staff; therefore, a $25 designing fee will be charged. The remaining difference of the total order amount less the designing fee will be refunded back to you.

When will I receive my order?

It usually takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks, after the artwork has been approved, for the order to arrive.

All orders that are placed online will be sent directly to the designing team for processing. An art approval will then be sent to you for confirmation on the items that are ordered. Once we receive your confirmation via e-mail, we will start on the production of your order right away.

Can I pick up my order?
Of course! If you are not local and wish to come in and pick up your order, just let us know ahead of time and we will have everything prepared for you.
What types of payment are accepted?
The types of cards that are currently accepted are: VISA Credit, VISA Debit, MasterCard Credit, MasterCard Debit, Union Pay, and Discover (JCB & Diners).
Are payments made on your website secure?
Smartex Products (Canada) Limited places the utmost importance and care on web security to ensure that all online transactions made stay confidential. Our payment systems adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and credit card data will never be stored on our company servers. All cardholder data is hosted securely and are encrypted in data vaults provided by Elavon.

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

You will have the option to checkout as a guest if you do not wish to create an account with us. We want to make sure that the online shopping experience we provide is as convenient and stress-free as possible.
