Smartex Canada's exchanges policy applies only to cases where product defects are due to mistakes caused by Smartex Canada, including and is limited to:
- Decoration issues arising within 7 days of product receipt
In the event that a product batch warrants an exchange, Smartex Canada shall have the right to request to inspect the original product batch that was delivered. Batches that are determined to have defects caused by Smartex Canada shall be fully replaced without charge. Product batch replacements will only be available for original items returned. Smartex Canada is not liable to provide replacements for missing goods and incomplete order quantities that cannot be inspected.
