1. Price match program only applies to exact details listed within the quote from your supplier. Some of these details may include, but are not limited to the following:
    
   • Items must be the exact same type
   • Manufacturer of clothing brands must be the same
   • Decoration method used must be the same
2. Quote provided by the supplier must be within the last 30 days.
3. Once submitted, your price match request is subject to approval by Smartex Canada staff.
4. Smartex Canada reserves the sole and absolute discretion to refuse program approval if your submission does not meet the company's internal criterion for approval.
5. Price match offers from Smartex Canada are valid for a period of 30 days. Offers that have been approved but have not been claimed for more than 30 days will be subject for re-approval.
