Each 56"l band is a different color, which represents different resistance strength: Yellow (10 lbs.); Red (15 lbs.); Green (20 lbs.); Blue (25 lbs.); Black (30 lbs.).
Resistance bands are made of TPE with black Terylene straps and Galvanized Iron carabiner. Handles are made of EVA+PP Plastic, which Terylene straps and Galvanized Iron D ring. Door mount is made of EVA+PP with black Terylene strap.
